If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable payment gateway charges (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet charges). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment in 8-10 days.

No refunds will be issued for partially completed work, custom or consultation-based services, or delays caused by missing inputs, approvals, or third-party dependencies.

All payments made towards services are non-refundable once the project or service has started. This is because service-based work involves time, planning, and resource allocation from the moment work begins.

In case of issues or delays from our side, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them or provide suitable alternatives instead of refunds.
